Water Manipulation-
Can form water, push it ,pull it, throw it, compress it, freeze it, melt it, rain it, you name it.

Healing-
Due to his water powers, he can manipulate all of his bodily fluids (and later, other peoples)

Mist Invasion-
Creates a mist that the opponent breaths in and suffocates upon, or imbues with poison, or invades the circulatory system, cranium, eyes, etc.

Underwater Breathing-
He can unconsciously breathe underwater due to being born in it

Hearing-
Due to his latent abilities and experience, he can hear much better than any human, and can extend the range by using water molecules

Break Seal-
Temporarily Breaks the Seal that Binds the Lord of the East Sea to his body. A Huge, invincible water dragon springs from his body and tears anything in it's path, and then freezes all the leftover water. While released, Jiang's body is very weak, and is vulerable to being damaged. Can only use once after a certain ritual, and strength is completely drained after use.
